Jeff currently serves as In-House Counsel for a privately held real estate development and investment company in Dallas. He lives with his wife and son in East Dallas. Jeff decided to form Labrador Legal as a side hustle to harness his legal experience in support of his growing young family. He offers law firm quality legal services at a fraction of the law firm cost, aiding small businesses and entrepreneurs in need of efficient and cost-effective representation.

Prior to joining his current firm, Jeff worked in the Real Estate Development and Investments group at Winstead PC, where his practice encompassed a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Jeff’s real estate practice includes development, financing, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real property of all asset classes, including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and master planned single-family and mixed-use developments.

Jeff’s business practice includes entity structuring and formation, partnership and company agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate filings.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
